Edit Support Contact
To edit the Support Contact information that shows on your apps.araloc.com/<myorganization> and in the Support section of your ARALOC app, you must have administrative privileges.
Simply login to the admin.araloc.com portal
Click on the Settings tab
Click on the Company Preferences tab on the left hand side

It is easier to CTL-F and find the keyword “support”, otherwise scroll down to the “Apps” section which is the 5th category down.
You will want to edit the Support Name, Support Email and Support Phone. If you leave any of these fields empty, it will simply not appear and if you leave all three blank, the section will not appear.

These settings are often set during the initial setup and then do not need to be edited. It is best if you call support to make any changes so that you do not have unintended consequences.
