System Roles

For custom Enterprise accounts, This is where you can add or edit privileged system roles such as Board Admin, Content Admin, IT Admin, etc.

You can set which groups, menus, permissions and preferences users in certain roles can have access to.

Click the Groups hyperlink to choose specific groups that role will have access to.

 

Click the Menus hyperlink to choose which areas (menu buttons) of the ADMIN and SCM Publish portals that role can have access to. You need to coordinate and make sure you then also give them Permissions to items in those areas or they will see the Menus but not be able to click.

 

Click the Permissions hyperlink to choose which permissions of the ADMIN and SCM Publishing portals this role can have access to. You need to coordinate and make sure you also show them the Menu or they won’t be able to see the area you gave them permissions to click.
