Console Access

Access to the console is provided using a keyboard and monitor attached to the appliance. The username for console access is: networkconfig.

The password for the networkconfig user is located on the Installation and Setup Instructions letter you received in the packet with the ArcMail Preparation and Installation Guide. If this password is lost, please call
ArcMail Technical Support.

Once the ArcMail appliance has been set up, the console is mainly used to reset the admin password and reset the SSL certificate to their default values. The default admin password is: password.
