Manage Exports

The Manage Exports screen manages the various exported search result datasets that were created by performing an Archive Search and clicking the Export the search results button. Exports can be stored on either the appliance’s local storage or the configured network storage share. This screen allows the administrator to move files between the local and network storage and to delete selected export files.

This section lists the exports that have been saved on the appliance’s local storage.

Action:
• Delete - Select Delete to remove the export file permanently from the appliance’s local storage.
• Move from local storage to network - Select Move from local storage to network to move the file to the appliance’s network storage share.

• Delete - Select Delete to remove the export file permanently from the appliance’s network storage share.
• Move from network storage to local - Select Move from network storage to local to move the file from the appliance’s network storage share to the local storage.
