The CAE plugin has a built-in solution that places the tracking pixel code inside the <head> tags of your site.

To use this function, please leave the button set to  YES.

Be careful if you already have the tracking pixel installed!

If case you already have the Facebook tracking pixel on your site, please leave the option above seto to  NO. This will prevent to the same data being sent twice, which could cause errors and possibly compromise your Custom Audience data.

If you DO NOT include the tracking pixel automatically the CAE plugin will still work as normal, but it’s good practice to verify that the tracking code is installed in the right place.
