Manage Users easier in the new Sensitive Content Manager UI at scm.data443.com!

Now you can also Manage Users directly in our newly launched Web Publisher that has a fresh design and added features.

Simply go to https://scm.data443.com (best if done in Chrome)

 

Any admin or publisher with user rights can login using their existing admin.araloc.com id and password.

You can then choose to Manage Users from the options on the left hand side.

 

Here you can choose to Create a new user, Edit an existing user, or perform actions on multiple users at once such as Delete, Lockout, Unlock or Reset the Password for Selected Users.

 

To Create a new user:

Simply click on the New User button on the far right.

 

To Modify an existing user:

Simply click on the Edit action button next to the user that you want to edit.

 

To Delete a single user:

Similar to editing a user, simply click on the Edit action button next to the user you wish to remove. Then you can click the Delete User button

 

To Delete multiple users at once:

Click the select box next to each user in the list that you wish to delete. Then click the Delete Selected Users button in the top left. A warning will pop-up for you to confirm.

*Note that user deletion is permanent and deleted users cannot be recovered.

 

To Lockout Selected Users:

Click the select box next to each user in the list that you wish to lockout. Then click the Lockout Selected Users button at the top. These users will be “permanently” locked out until you manually unlock them. They will show red in the user table.

 

To Remove the Lockout for Selected Users:

Click the select box next to each user in the list that you wish to remove the lockout for. Then click the Remove Lockout Selected Users button at the top. These users will be un-locked and again able to access the ARALOC application. They will no longer show as red in the user table.

 

To Reset the Password for Selected Users:

Click the select box next to each user in the list that you wish to send a password reset email to. Then click the Reset Password For Selected Users button at the top. These users will receive a password reset email from notifications@araloc.com with a link to reset their password. If the email is not received, please check spam folders or contact support.

 

It’s now that simple!

 

If you need to get back to the admin console at any time in order to perform other admin steps, simply click on the Admin Console tab on the left hand side. This will open the admin.araloc.com portal in a new tab for you.
