Perform One Time Backup

This guide will describe how to perform a one time backup as needed.

Note: Backups are CPU and I/O intensive processes. Backups can require an extensive amount of time to complete on heavily loaded systems.

Internet Explorer (IE) can time out before the backup is complete. If IE does time out, you will not see the on-screen completion notification. If you wish to see the on-screen completion notification, use the Firefox browser instead of IE. The administrator receives email notification of the backup completion.

Instructions

After logging into the administrative console:

  1. Click ADMIN

  2. Click BACKUPS

  3. Click One Time Backup

Configure the following options:

From - Enter the year, month and day to start backup. The backup includes everything from 00:00 (12 AM) that day.
